The origin of ingredients is paramount at Indriya. Though most of the ingredients are locally produced, there are some ingredients sourced from overseas. We believe you deserve only the best ingredients prepared intricately, so you have an enjoyable dining experience. Our salad leaves and aromatique greens are from our local farmer. Seafood is transported fresh or flown direct from the Northern Territory. Our poultry and meat is from Victoria and our spices are sourced from some of the most exotic regions all over the World!
