Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, we have someone on call 24hours – when you ring just call the night porter and he will be with you straight away.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, but it is subject to availability and can’t be prebooked

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Metropolitan Motor Motel are non-smoking including balconies. We have an outside deck at the front of the motel that can be used.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we serve breakfast and dinner (7 days a week) and lunch (Mon – Fri) in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for all meal times. We also have a bar in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, password is given on check in.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 5 minute walk to CBD and local shops within a few minutes.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and 2pm. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $200 cash bond. Debit Cards which have credit facilities are not classed as a credit card so a cash bond is required.
